As a full-time inspector, I hold a Professional Real Estate Inspectors license, which is the highest level granted by TREC. It is necessary to complete 330 hours of course work and training in all disciplines before becoming a Professional Real Estate Inspector. To continue retaining your license, you must complete 16 hours of continued education each year.
